Walker-warburg Syndrome Defined
A disorder which shows lissencephaly, malformations of the back portion of the brain (cerebellum), abnormalities of the retina of the eye, and progressive degeneration and weakness of the voluntary muscles (congenital muscular dystrophy) and, in some cases, encephalocele.
